Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing Time: 1 Business Day
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During product launches, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

🚚 Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada.

Shipping rates for international orders will vary depending on destination and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

International Shipping

Maple Nova proudly ships to select international destinations.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Maple Nova is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment and provide updates throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
